Deliverables

The overall implementation plan of the project lasts 39 months and is structured in 6 Work Units (EU), as described immediately below:

EE1: Definition of System Architecture, M1-M4, SAM

Action 1.1

Market Study & Analysis in which systematic data collection will be done by users, the target applications and their requirements will be recorded. Competitive products will be analyzed and the current technological weighting will be recorded.

Action 1.2

System Specifications on which the prototype development will be based.

Action 1.3

System Architecture and recording of its individual subsystems.

Action 1.4

Communication tools such as the project website.

Action 1.5

Cooperation Agreement that will define roles and responsibilities, ways of resolving conflicts, etc. as well as the management & protection of the Intellectual Property that will be produced.

EE2: Development of Oxygen Supply Control System Subsystems, M5-M12, ESS

Action 2.1

MEMS Sensor Development. Different technologies will be evaluated to select the most suitable one.

Action 2.2

Energy Management Subsystem Development and battery type selection.

Action 2.3

Development of Wireless Communication Subsystem. Different implementations will be evaluated (Bluetooth, ZigBee, WiFi...) and the most suitable one will be selected.

Action 2.4

Data Processing & Data Management Subsystem Development. The data from the oxygen supply sensor will be processed locally before transmission. The processing algorithms will also receive data from the battery status for total processing.

Action 2.5

Mechanical Shell Development of the overall prototype, in which all subsystems will be completed.

EE3: Development-Characterization of Oxygen Supply Control System, M13-M28, ESS

Action 3.1

System Assembly. Completion of the sensor, the Ministry / Self- App. Energy, the Ministry / Mato Wireless Communication and Ministry / Mato Processing in mechanical shell, shaped to the total original.

Action 3.2

System Characterization in a Laboratory Environment. With the construction of the prototypes, the programming & control of all subsystems will take place. Then their complete characterization in a laboratory environment will be implemented. The functionality of the prototypes and their performance will be confirmed.

EE4: Field Testing and Oxygen Supply Control System Verification, M20-M39, SAM

Action 4.1

Oxygen Supply Control System Scope and Verification (pilot stage). The compliance verification is finalized.

Action 4.2

Dissemination and Utilization Plan to identify all opportunities and activities for the promotion and future commercial exploitation of the innovative system. The plan will be based on the relevant market analysis and will include the definition of dissemination channels in order to utilize all available communication channels for the future commercial development of the project.

EE5: Participation in trade fairs, M12-M39, SAM

The players will participate in at least 2 international trade fairs. Indicatively we mention COMPAMED & ELECTERONIKA [ESS], MEDICA & ARAB HEALTH [GSAMARAS]

EE6: Introduction of Intellectual Property Rights M12 – M39, ESS

Securing technological advances through national and / or international patents. At least 1 application will be submitted for the copyright of the project to OBI.
